Using this palette
Deliberately monochrome — every swatch sits on the same blue hue line, only moving in lightness, which is exactly how frost actually looks: no warmth, just gradations of one cold color from shadow to glare. That makes this palette easy to misuse as flat and boring; the fix is contrast in scale rather than hue — pair a large field of #E8F1F8 or white with a small, hard-edged block of #0B3D91 for logos, icons, or a single CTA. #0B3D91 on white clears AA for body text; #A9CCE3 does not, so keep it to backgrounds and dividers, never small text.
