Using this palette
Built to be a base layer rather than a statement — nothing here is saturated or attention-grabbing, and that's the point: warm neutrals exist to sit behind content, photography, or a single accent color imported from elsewhere, not to be the star. #8A7968 is dark enough to serve as secondary text or icon color but not primary body copy against the lightest tones; pull in a genuine dark neutral (near-black or dark brown) if body text is needed. Interchangeable in practice with clay-and-cream's lighter half, but warm-neutrals skips clay's pink undertone entirely for a flatter, more universally 'neutral' warm base.
