Midnight Plum Palette
Plum so dark it reads almost black at night — a tighter, darker sibling to plum-and-gold, skipping the gold accent entirely.

Using this palette
A pure tonal ramp with no accent color at all, unlike plum-and-gold's deliberate warm-metal contrast — this stays entirely within the purple-plum family, which makes it a better fit for a genuine dark-mode UI palette (five usable steps of one hue) than for decorative branding needing a focal accent. #1A0E1E and #301A38 both carry light text at strong contrast. If the brief needs plum with warmth and a luxury accent, use plum-and-gold; if it needs a clean, single-hue dark-mode base, this is the more disciplined choice.
