Using this palette
This is a tonal ramp within one hue rather than a mood palette, because that's what corporate UI actually needs — five usable steps of the same trustworthy blue, dark enough at one end for a header bar and light enough at the other for disabled states or subtle backgrounds. #0A2647 and white clear AAA for body text; #8FA9C4 is a background/border tone only and should never carry text directly. The reason this reads as 'corporate' rather than just 'blue' is the total absence of warm hues or high saturation — nothing here competes for attention, which is precisely the point for finance, legal, or enterprise software branding.
