Using this palette

Modeled on one of the most photographed color combinations in the world — Cycladic whitewashed architecture against saturated Mediterranean blue — with white and near-white deliberately given equal weight to the blues, since the real scene is genuinely about half architecture, not a blue gradient with white as an afterthought. #0F4C81 and #1E7FBF both clear AA against white for body text. More saturated and specifically Mediterranean than cobalt-and-cream's ceramic-pigment blue or powder-blue-sky's soft everyday sky — suited to travel branding, hospitality, or any context invoking the Greek islands specifically.
